The menu at La Sagesse features excellent seafood dishes, and the chef uses only the freshest local ingredients.
Some of the offerings are fresh fruit smoothies, smoked marlin and dolphin, fillet of grouper almondine, chicken francaise, lobster with garlic butter, grilled tuna steaks, mousse au chocolate, cappuccino, and nightly specials.
